SMBs: Get Your Own Mobile Apps For Free
Local startup elevenity ventures has launched a mobile app platform for smb’s called “1 on 1”. The mobile app aims to help businesses connect with their customers more personally, more one on one.
According to the Founders, there is a Care Deficit in Business today. Becoming more transactional in nature, businesses do not explore the possibility of creating more satisfied customers thereby retaining them. These satisfied customers or “Believers” are the largest source of referral business. However, indefensibly there is no foolproof solution to this issue.
Emails, SMS and other forms to traditional communication channels are not effective anymore. They have turned into mere broadcasts, blasting untargeted information to customers without measurable results. It truly equals to ‘shooting in the dark’.
Elaborating further, on an average a person receives 70-100 emails a day and any email sent from a business today has less than 3 % chance of being read in this clutter. SMSes though marginally better, are bound by strict rules of regulatory authorities, Do Not Disturb filters, etc. So in the given scenario, The Founders reckoned an opportunity to provide an enriched platform through which any business can interact and connect with their customers/clients, more efficiently, more personally.
One on One allows a business to send notification on its Proprietary Messaging Platform with added features like attachments, RSVPs, due date setting and reminder /alerts. It also constitutes a Calendar where all interactions between the business and the customers can be logged.
The App is available in the Google Android and Apple iOS markets free to be downloaded by the customers and clients. Windows Mobile App will be available shortly. The Application platform is available completely FREE for businesses with the only restriction being the number of customers that can be targeted. Paid plans are available for as low as $7.50 per month. For further details on how One on One can work for a business visit www.1on1mobileapp.com or call the sales hotline number +919742120001.
